Shipping Policy

Australia wide shipping

We offer a $12.95 flat rate shipping option for orders under $99, and FREE shipping for orders over $99.

We do not offer pickup.

NZ mainland shipping 

We offer 2 rates for shipping to mainland New Zealand. 

AUD$15 per consignment up to 3kg, and AUD$25 for consignments 3-15kg.  

We will endeavour to consolidate your order into one consignment, but this is not always possible. For example, a single scooter and protective pads can be packed into one consignment: 2 scooters will require 2 separate boxes, and therefore be sent as two separate consignments.  

Will my order be securely packaged?

We take great care in ensuring your order is packaged correctly and securely. We want to make sure your item arrives to you how you expect it, and it is always package din an outer carton to protect the colour box from damage.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We dispatch orders within 2 working days from receiving your order.  All orders are dispatched from Metro Melbourne.  Please note public holidays may add delays to delivery timelines, however we endeavour to meet all quoted despatch timeframes. Orders are shipped with Australia Post and can be tracked via their website, furthermore Australia Post site will indicate general shipping timeframes to your location.   We strongly suggest you double check Australia Post estimated delivery times from Metro Melbourne to your postcode.

Something is missing from your order?

We carefully pick, pack and check each order. If you discover any item missing from an order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by email to  Sales@activeoutthere.com.au

Please provide proof of purchase and images if the product is incorrect.
